So, I got my "hello kitty" flogger a few days ago...not exactly as I had hoped for but that was quickly changed...I went to the store, picked up some fabric paint and painting the flogger and tails in various shades of pink-I just finished the flogger by attaching the hello kitty "handle"...now, I just need to break it in.
