Last Sunday, Jan 17, 2010 was a "watershed" experience for me.  I met two Mistresses with a cameo appearance by a third at a dungeon in NYC.  I have only had sessions with two other different ProDommes before and this was a very intense session for me.

I can't recommend such activities, they are definitely not for everyone and prior to this, I thought they were absolutely not for me.  Now, I think a little differently - the experience was so intense that I would like to it, or something like it again.

One reason it has appeal is that the intensity drives all other thoughts from my head.  No stress, no thought, just the moment.  It is totally strange to say it, but "Empty Mind" can be induced by more than just enlightenment.  Although I am not a pain person at all, I can see how that would be the case for those who do that too.

I seem to be drawn much more to the humiliation and degradation aspect.  I am considering a real full toilet experience, but I am not sure I have the guts to go through with it.  We'll see.
